The Mill Creek Community Pool Club is a member-owned, non-profit organization that was founded in March 1971 by a small group of Webster parents. They wanted to create a pleasant, convenient and friendly place where families could gather and enjoy an outdoor swimming facility. The outstanding efforts of this small group resulted in a delightful recreational facility situated on five secluded acres of beautiful wooded land.
The facility includes:
A 75ft by 35ft heated swimming pool guarded at all times by a number of certified lifeguards
A 30ft by 30ft 11ft deep diving area with two diving boards
An adjacent fenced in children's wading pool
Attractive changing rooms complete with hot showers, and a large nearby parking lot
A large picnic area complete with tables and barbeque grills
Basketball half court for a little fun
Large grassy area with some yard games
A large pool deck for sunbathing
Some additional activities conducted throughout the season are the Red Cross instructional swim lessons, Tiny Tots swim lessons, swim team competitions, adult lap swimming, and various parties and picnics.
